Who we are
Gender Tech Initiative Uganda (GTI Uganda) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide by empowering women, girls, and marginalized communities with technology and digital literacy skills.
We envision a world where technology is inclusive, accessible, and transformative, enabling individuals to participate meaningfully in the digital economy and advocate for their rights.

Our work focuses on ICT training, digital inclusion, cybersecurity awareness, and advocacy, and we ensure that women and young people, especially in rural areas, gain the skills needed to navigate the evolving digital landscape.
Through initiatives such as School ICT clubs, AI literacy programs, digital marketing training, Cybersecurity training and community-led tech education”, we intend to equip our beneficiaries with tools for personal and professional growth.
