University of Dayton
At Gender Tech Initiative-Uganda, we believe that access to science and technology is a fundamental right. Women and girls deserve equal opportunities to pursue careers in these fields, just like men and boys. However, gender inequality continues to be a major barrier worldwide, limiting the potential of many women and girls. That’s why we are committed to promoting gender equality in science and technology through our impactful programs and initiatives.
Our partnership with the University of Dayton over the past four years has been instrumental in advancing our mission. Through this collaboration, we have hosted summer communication and research interns who have significantly contributed to our efforts. These passionate and skilled interns have supported our initiatives by sharing their expertise, helping us expand our reach, and strengthening our impact.
Meet our current and past interns who continue to inspire and support our journey!
